Sustainability

Waterless urinals have been installed in our management suite and in St. Martin’s House offices, in order to reduce water consumption.

In 2017 we created a green habitat for insects within the centre’s grounds, which has served to provide a valuable source of seeds and pollen for birds and bees.

Investment has been made in 2017 to upgrade the centre lighting to LEDs and new heating plant has been installed to improve the efficiency of gas and electricity consumption in the centre going forward.
